We used BAT for the first time b/c we were moving a lot of stuff (a lot of luggage) from London to Switzerland via BA. Booking was easy and convenient on the website. Prices were fair considering it's a charter (no stupid 5 min cancellation on Uber, no wondering if you get the "right" cab -- and don't get me wrong, I love black cabs, but having a pile of suitcases in front of me isn't ideal). Communication was fast. Niranjan, our driver, arrived early, easily fit all our luggage with grace and courtesy. Helped us find a porter at Heathrow. Just a seamless, easy, pleasant no-stress experience -- exactly what you want. Even got a call from the main office 10 minutes in to make sure we were in the car and all was well. 5 stars! Postscript: use Britway ALL the time. Our last driver, Ali, skilfully avoided some accidents causing eye watering delays and got us to the airport spot-on time.

I received an email a day prior, notifying me of our driver Harry Charlie. I contacted him on WatsApp to confirm our meeting point. I received a call from Harry within minutes. On our arrival at Heathrow I sent a message and again heard back immediately. He was nearby and asked that we contact him once past Customs. We did so and also at this time heard from the Britway office confirming pick up. Once in lobby area we were promptly met by Harry. Very happy and professional. He took the heavier bags and we went to his car. This was a very clean Mercedes station wagon. The ride to our hotel was nearly an hour and we enjoyed his company. We will definitely use this service again.
